We have developed 12 paddle wheel long arm aerator specifically designed for larger ponds more than 1 hectare. Traditional long arm aerators are often “FIXED” to the pond dyke at one end, while our model can place anywhere within the pond. Farmers often face challenges in spare parts such as shaft, impeller, and gimbal joint breakage, gearbox maintenance concerns, insufficient oxygen levels, and inadequate water current. Our model effectively addresses these challenges such as Single Mould Impeller, HDPE Floater, S.S. 304 Shaft and Frame, Strong foundation for Gearbox and Motor, Bigger Gimbal joint and Helical Gearbox. As a result as lower maintenance, increased durability, improved oxygenation as well as water current and reduced power loss compared to the existing traditional long arm aerators.
