We developed 16 paddle wheels long arm aerator equipped with diesel engine & electric motor for the South American market where pond size is larger ranging from 10 to 50 hectares. Farmers commonly face challenges with existing long arm aerators including issues with shaft, impeller, gimbal joint breakage, gearbox maintenance, and insufficient oxygen and water current. Our model addresses these concerns by incorporating robust designs for each spare part, including Single Mould Impeller, HDPE Floater, S.S. 304 Shaft and Square Pipe Frame, Strong foundation for Gearbox and Diesel engine/Motor, Bigger Gimbal joint, Helical Gearbox. These enhancements lead to lower maintenance, increases durability, improve oxygenation and water current, and reduce power loss compare to other long arm aerators.
